Curious
Eyebrows...
 |
BLITE The exploration of two opposites. By
using the exploration of magic, manipulation skills and character
clowning they have created a uneasy relationship between two
characters that continuously breaks and reforms, interacting
with the audience who eagerly await the next bizarre twist. |
|
Two monochrome players, one dressed completely
in white, the other in black struggle to maintain their
own singular appearance as the laws of nature and humanity
seem to thwart them at every turn. Unpredictable, impossible,
mystifying, unique, all these words are connected by the
experience called BLITE. Strolling or static, everything
in life is black or white. |
|
|
The
Curious Cabaret is a recreation of the old time music hall
atmosphere, reminiscent of the vaudeville vAriety stage. |
| During
the performance traditional juggling props such as balls and
clubs are replaced by everyday household objects. |
|
 |
The
act is a skilful silent comedy accompanied by 1930s jazz piano
music based on a cafe containing an aloof waiter and a mayhem
causing customer. |
| The
act includes juggling and manipulation of bottles, trays,
dinner plates and vArious food items creating an exciting
visual spectacle. |
 |
 |
The
performance culminates in a perilous rolla-bolla balancing
trick which incorporates a balance on a folding chair on top
of a rolling bottle on a high table whilst juggling four objects. |
| The
Curious Eyebrows are internationally experienced workshop
leaders in circus skills. |
|
 |
They
have a wide experience of teaching children and adult groups
including those with special needs.
|
| The
Curious Eyebrows have developed an exciting and visual show

|
 |
