Methods of Movement has been breakdancing professionally since 2003 as well as making a big impact on the related UK competitive arena. Joe from Methods of Movement is part of a worldwide breakdance crew called “Flava Squad” who have represented the UK in Las Vegas at the “World Hip-Hop Breakdance Championships” after winning the UK qualifiers.

Methods of Movement have a background of ten years gymnastics, seven of which he was a member of the Great Britain Team. His other skills include tricking, free running, stunts, acting, modelling, performance poetry and kick boxing.
